Work
community
Our company is for us not just a workplace. We spend together a significant part of our time here, so we make sure to create comfortable and friendly conditions for employees. Most of our crew has been working at APACK for over 7 years, and some people have been with the company from the first day of operation. We provide our employees with good working, training and development conditions. We respect everyone regardless of their gender, age and nationality.
Social
responsibility
We know how important local community initiatives are. We support local sports clubs (Oborniki Football Academy, GLADIATOR Oborniki Handball Academy, Orkan Objezierze Sports Club). We also participate in initiatives of the city and district, supporting the organization of cultural and entertainment events. We are also happy to respond to the immediate needs of local schools. We contribute to supporting the integration of Ukrainian war refugees in our city and commune.
Business
environment
For many years we have been consistently and with great commitment supporting the WOŚP Charity Foundation. We also support the Uskrzydlić Marzenie Foundation, which cares for children in need, supports their development and develops talents. We are also involved in the project of organizing performances in hospitals in children’s wards, carried out by Theater-for-one-smile. We support the campaign for the Foundation for Helping Children with Cancer – Saint’s Nicholas Team, the proceeds of which are intended to support children and their parents. We had the opportunity to contribute to the project of building a children’s heart prosthesis run by the Foundation for the Development of Cardiac Surgery.
Inside our organization, we are guided by a developed code of ethics, which is an extension of the basic principles contained in the #ETI Base Code. Our code of ethics covers environmental aspects, occupational health and safety as well as work ethics and standards, also in the field of business practices towards contractors.
#SMETA (Professional Ethics Audit) is a standard commonly used in ethical audits. The #SMETA audit is based on the #ETI code, which was established by the International Labor Organization. We successfully pass #SMETA audits covering the areas freedom and freedom to work, safety, working hours, employment of minors and non-discrimination.
