Infrastructure

The total area of our facility is 20,000 m² of fenced and paved grounds. We possess a multifunctional high standard building, featuring a dedicated production area of 2,300 m² and a warehouse space of 5,000 m². The facility is modular, divided into production zones and sections for diverse purposes.
Both the entire premises and the integrated production-warehouse building are our property.

30 working
areas

Working areas are physically separated zones of various sizes, temperatures and humidity. The conditions prevailing in individual areas are adapted to the requirements of specific  copacking and comanufacturing projects. The ventilation and air conditioning system allows maintaining stable thermo- and hygrometric conditions regardless of the conditions prevailing in other working areas and outside. All parameters are monitored, recorded and documentation is permanently stored.

sections

The warehouse is divided into four sections:
  • 3,700 m2 components and subsidiary materials
  • 800 m2 long-term warehouse
  • 300 m2 products requiring special controlled conditions
  • 200 m2 finished products

High storage
warehouse

The high storage system allows us to store up to 3,500 pallets up to 180 cm high and weighing up to 800 kg each. The warehouse is operated by qualified and experienced employees using electric forklifts. Deliveries and shipments are made through 6 available loading gates.

We can ensure controlled conditions  of packaging and storage in production areas and warehouse halls. The  air temperature and humidity are digitally controlled. The temperature range is maintained at 15-25oC and the humidity is 30-70%.

The entire company premises and all its resources are monitored non-stop – 24/7. The monitoring system consists of three independent, complementary elements:

  • professional external security agency
  • team of qualified supervisors
  • video monitoring system with constant recording
