Dosing
machines
We have horizontal and vertical dosing and packaging machines, including “stabilo” machines. The devices measure a specific portion of the input, which is automatically dosed into the formed packaging. These can be bags made of mono- and multi-layer foils, in the form of sachets with 3 or 4 seals, with a bottom, top and rear seal, or stand-up bags with a widened bottom, doypack type. It is also possible for us to pack in plastic and metal containers, tubes, jars and bottles.
Foiling
machines
Our plant has foiling machines for various applications. Shrink wrapping machines using warm air or steam allow for the preparation bulk packages with a product. These can be used also to shrink a unit package with foil, often constituting a graphic, or secure packages such as tubes, cans, bottles, jars.
Thanks to flowpack machines, we can foil single products and create multi-element packages. Automatic cellophane wrapping machines wrap cuboid-shaped products in foil and seal them in envelope
Labeling
machines
Labeling machines for flat and cylindrical products automatically apply labels to packed and finished products, e.g. labels with text or EAN codes. The inkjet printer allows for contactless application of texts, numbers and codes directly on the packaging. Thanks to the use of self-adhesive label printers, we mark in the GS1 system (EAN-13 and EAN-128).
For special orders, we obtain specialized machines of various sizes, dedicated to specific activities.
In comanufacturing processes, we take over entire production lines from our clients for temporary use. We provide installation conditions and train our staff, which enables full outsourcing of production processes to our plant.
In this way, we ensure continuity of production for our clients during transitional, renovation and investment periods. Transferring your lines to us is often also a result of production optimization. Plants prefer to focus on their core activities, using the most efficient production lines.
