Tableting
The tableting process involves compressing the tablet mass (a mixture of powdered raw materials or granules) inside the stencil using punches to which a pressing force is applied.
Encapsulating

The comanufacturing process involves encapsulating selected powder raw materials or mixtures in a special coating. We usually pack them in cellulose or gelatin shells.

Capsules come in different sizes depending on the amount of powder inside the shell. Most often, we pack capsule sizes 00.0 and 1, which are easy to swallow and at the same time can hold a relatively large amount of powder.

We usually encapsulate products containing vitamins, minerals, collagen and other active substances.

MAP
The use of a solution in the form of packaging products in a modified atmosphere (MAP) allows you to maintain the freshness and properties of the packed product, often also extending the shelf life.
VACUUM
In order to extend the durability and freshness of packaged products, we also offer vacuum packaging (so-called VACUUM).
Pasteurization
For microbiologically sensitive products, we can use pasteurization technology.
