The comanufacturing process involves encapsulating selected powder raw materials or mixtures in a special coating. We usually pack them in cellulose or gelatin shells.
MAP
The use of a solution in the form of packaging products in a modified atmosphere (MAP) allows you to maintain the freshness and properties of the packed product, often also extending the shelf life.
The protective atmosphere can be dosed into the package when filling the foil packages.
The composition of the nitrogen-based atmosphere depends on the type of product being packed.
