Tableting
The tableting process involves compressing the tablet mass (a mixture of powdered raw materials or granules) inside the stencil using punches to which a pressing force is applied.
Encapsulating
The comanufacturing process involves encapsulating selected powder raw materials or mixtures in a special coating. We usually pack them in cellulose or gelatin shells.
MAP
The use of a solution in the form of packaging products in a modified atmosphere (MAP) allows you to maintain the freshness and properties of the packed product, often also extending the shelf life.
VACUUM
In order to extend the durability and freshness of packaged products, we also offer vacuum packaging (so-called VACUUM).
Pasteurization

For microbiologically sensitive products, we can use pasteurization technology.

In the first stage, the product is packed tightly in laminate sachets. Then it is exposed to high temperature using the immersion method and finally intensively cooled.

The pasteurization process allows for a significant extension of the expiration date of microbiologically sensitive products. The thermal method is a natural alternative to chemical preservation by adding preservatives.
