Tableting

The tableting process involves compressing the tablet mass (a mixture of powdered raw materials or granules) inside the stencil using punches to which a pressing force is applied.

We pack various sizes and shapes of tablets – from round to rolled. The tablets are often coated to give them color, taste or smell.

We tablet vitamins, minerals, as well as other active substances that appear together with excipients.

In order to extend the durability and freshness of packaged products, we also offer vacuum packaging (so-called VACUUM).
Pasteurization
For microbiologically sensitive products, we can use pasteurization technology.
