SafetyThe implementation of #GHP ensures safe packaging of food entrusted to us.
Our trained staff ensures cleanliness in our company. Each employee pays attention to order at his/her workplace. All elements in direct contact with food, as well as other equipment, halls and warehouses, are cleaned, washed and disinfected at the frequency specified in the cleaning plan.
All machines and equipment have specific instructions for keeping them clean. In addition to daily supervision of the machines, periodic maintenance is carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturers of individual devices.
The hygiene standard in our plant is comprehensively defined in the Hygiene Program. This document contains detailed guidelines, among others: regarding work clothes required in individual zones of the plant. Typically, employees have work shoes, aprons or overalls and disposable caps. Disposable gloves and masks are also available in the halls.
